Interviewer followed all the technical processes thoroughly in evaluating candidate's capabilities and skills. Focus was on all aspects including technical, managerial and communication apart from the very basic requirements. Was asked to give a written test with a deadline which was easy for me. The interview process is HR round, written test, manager round & client round.
