Friendly and collaborative. Created a comfortable space for the candidate The interviewer were very supportive and the interview was conversational. They asked good questions, explained the organization and were open to Q
First round was conducted by panel from India and the next round panel were from Ireland. They also give a case study to work on for the second round. We have to prepare a presentation for the second round.

Slightly informal. Some behavioural questions but mostly situational. Met with senior director, then associate directors then finally the chief operating officer, all approximately one hour long. Good experience overall. Human Resources were quick to respond to question and were clear in their communication.

The first stage of the interview process was a video interview. The questions were not sent in advance; however, you are given practice questions before recording yourself. The second interview was via Teams. Standard discussion about experiences and behavioural scenarios.
