ICSN offers two interviews. The first one is comprised of meeting all of their Project Managers to assess compatibility with the position and culture. Once you pass the first interview, the second one is directly with the company's CEO. They are all very personable and it was a pleasant overall experience.

I got the feeling that the hiring manager is extremely bored. I would suggest trying to pique his interest with unique responses. State your value and don't give generic responses. He puts little effort into the interview, which consists of very commonly asked questions. When asked "tell me about yourself?" expect to talk about your personal life story. Talk about kids, family, hobbies, etc. He will be displeased if you only mention your career journey. Also make sure you have a good understanding of what the company does. It is an 'asian' mentality environment. If you can adapt to this I think you will do just fine.

Very simple interview process. They didn't really ask too many questions about me, rather the interview manager was the one explaining all about the company. Was told that the job consisted of mainly emailing people.
