I sent my cv through linkedin. They called me, first interview was on the phone with HR team. We talked about my expectations, their benefits etc. Then, we arranged an online meeting for technical interview.

Since I am 20 years in this sector, we talked about the technical requirements of the job. I really wanted to worked after meet the technical team. However, unfortunately, this job offered onsite working that is not suitable my conditions.

There are two steps. Technical And HR Interview. Both are not challenging. After the first interview (technical), invite me HR interview. After the both interview, recruting process made very quick.

Colloquio
First step was technical one with one team lead and senior developer. It lasted one hour. General Java questions were asked.
HR Step lasted 30 minutes with personality test. Then they called me offer the job.
