I was invited to the interview after meeting with HR person during the job fair. During the interview 3 people were present: HR, team leader and hiring manager. The whole process was more of a friendly talk and me talking about myself, experiences and education. There were no tricky/challenging questions. I saw that company did not have a very good reputation on glassdoor, but gave it a go anyway. Even though I spent 1,5 hours on interview and have been promised to get an answer in next 2 weeks, that never happened. After 1 more week, I emailed the HR person I had the interview with, asking for feedback and status update but, again no answer. They don't seem to take candidates seriously.
