Towards the conclusion, they assured you that they would provide a decision within two weeks. However, it has been over a MONTH, and disappointingly, there has been no response from them. This lack of communication appears unprofessional, especially considering that the company seemed like an exceptional opportunity for employment.

I applied online. About 3 weeks later, an HR representative reached out to me via email. There was a 20 minute phone screen, followed by a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager.
