The interview process took place with 2 superiors from the communications team. They asked a lot of questions, many of which were based on how I would tackle a certain task (increasing subscribers, describing the company to outsiders, new ideas for newsletters, etc.). They asked some questions about skills that the job posting did not advertise as required. For example, they asked about editing style sheets, which was not mentioned in the job application and, thus, I could not answer. The interview process would go better if they limited their questions to requirements they've included in the job posting.
