Face to face interview, but very free and easy going interviewers, also gave a tour of the labs and facilities in their Singapore office. Explained the job description, and asked if it is aligned with what you want.
Interview was a smooth process from the start to the end. Interviewer was prompt punctual and knowledgable about the company and gave a quick summary of the job scope and the responsibilities. Ensured that both of us are on the same frequency of what is expected.
