When I first applied I had to leave a recorded message with my details. They call you back if they like your voice, you then get a call back and short telephone interview, then it's the Assesment. If you pass all those stages you get through to the trial.

Easy experience. Straight forward with lots of consistent updates. It’s clear and every step is made easy for the applicant. Seems like a good working culture for WFH and it’s made straight forward but no face to face interaction.
