Before the oral interview there was a written assignment that tested overall knowledge in subject area. Once passed the test, oral interview followed with general motivational questions and later on with technical questions.

Written test first and online interview after 1 week. Interview process is bad and interviewer are not professional. Lack experience in their field. Don’t give any feedback after interview. Not informed whether selected or not.
