It wasn't necessarily a professional interview, it was more of a sit down and chat about their needs and my resume to see what overlapped before offering a job - very comfortable, laid back and relaxed. We chatted mostly and it was a one on one; very welcoming environment and the people were kind and open.

Just the normal process with a lot of behavioral questions. The round depends on the position you're applying for. However, there was two round for the mentioned position. There would be a screening call at the initial stage.
