Colloquio
Met one on one with my prospective boss in a cafe at first. I was asked questions about the courses I was taking, my grades, which courses I liked the most and why. I was also asked more personal questions about my interests and leisures outside of school and work. We discussed my previous jobs but the interviewer focused on the academic part.
We exchanged a few emails and I got a call a few weeks later for a second interview, at the end of which I knew I got the job.
