It was a campus hiring for me.
Day 1: Aptitude test, group discussion
Day 2: Two rounds of technical followed by HR round.
Successful candidates gets offer letter in the same day.
Very supportive, friendly interviewers.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso IGATE (Chennai)
Colloquio
2 Technical and 1 HR round of interview. Interview process was quick however they took a lot of time to roll out the offer. The process was professional and the coordination of the Recruitment team was good. All 3 rounds were in-person and i walked into their Chennai office.
Telephonic interview followed by In person interview . Then there was an HR interview discussing about the offer. They are negotiable depending on what you are currently earning. Overall good interview experience and i accepted the offer.
