First it's a call from HR recruiter, normal questions such as your education background, working experience, your strength and weakness, how well you work with team etc. Then it's onsite interview with manager and some test lead, some more detailed questions regarding past experience, what tools used, how did you do estimate, whether you are familiar with Linux, etc.

Technical skills review interview. Going through the previously used methodologies, processes, sw and frameworks. General theoretical questions and some pseudo code situations. Took about one hour. One person was present - QA team lead. After this interview an offer has been send to me.
