I applied august 7 and got a call at the end of august and was told to go in for an interview the following day , I did . and waited about 30 mins while she interviews 3 other girls that were their before me . she finally called my name she asked bout my availability , and if I can work holidays.and she told me she had 3 open positions , after about 15 mins , she tells me to come to a second interview and to go on the IHOP website and study the breakfast menu for my 2nd interview .
So now I wait till Tuesday , to see if I got the job or not ... Hopefully I did thoe!

The interview process was straight forward. I went in, asked for an application, filled it out, spoke to the manager, and I got the job within a few days. One of the questions I asked was if they did direct deposit, and they don't, they give paper checks instead.

I was waiting at a table, till the assistant manager came ask what position I was looking into. He gave me the papers to fill out and then asked me to come to the next part of the interview an other day. I come back and the manager asked when I can start working. I answered as soon as possible. He asked what do I want to do in my future and how long I plan to work there. I think I got hired because I could work as soon as possible, spoke Spanish, and would be working full-time.
