You can simply call, ask for an interview, they will give you a date and time to come in. You will grab a table with whichever manager in on duty, get asked basic questions, they will not call references bc they are too desperate for employees, and you will likely get hired on the spot. If you have a pulse and basic brain capacity, you're in.
