After a couple of days got a confirmation that i was going ahead to the next round
Date/ time was confirmed went to their facility
HAd an hour long 1:1interview with the Dev Director
Another 1:1 with the Testing Head
Had a HR/ compensation discussion over fone after another couple of days

Markit has one of the most professionally managed interview process I witnessed in my life. Each level has been well planned and chruns a interviewee at all the angles of life. Markit has great focus on recrutiment and they leave no stone unturned to do / judge whatever it takes and get the right candidate.
