Colloquio
It started with online test in the college. Then after people who are shortlisted had a pool campus interview which consists of GD followed by Two Technical Interviews which are on basic finance
Several rounds but none of them last too long. Over a roughly 1.5 hr span I met with about 6 people, some of them in the room at the same time, others solo. Some technical questions but mostly behavioral and get to know you.

The most challenging thing you have overcome recently.
Overall not too difficult.
First round is typical behavioral questions, followed by a take home case study. Second round is to present that to the team. Final round is usually with the group head. Whole process can take up to few months.
