The first interview was with HR for a full-time Analyst, Seed & Acceleration role. The HR was humble. Since it was the first interview it was about checking the fit of the candidate for the role.

It was a good process but little slower. Process started with HR round then an assignment then followed 6 rounds - last was with partner. Questions revolved around startup evaluation, industry trends etc
