Easy, first round was virtual, second was in person, I went to the store location and interviewed with 2 managers and was offered a job a few days later, worked there for 2 and a half years, job will get stressful at times

Interview was great and straight forward, i recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a great paying job with little to no college background. If you want to start a family IKEA is definitely the job for you
