Tiring!! thats the only word that we can use to describe the interview process. Interview process almost took 2 months without a proper communication and lack of clarity from the recruitment team. Had to follow up multiple times via email or call atleast to get a status update. Finally, even after attending the final round, they didnt provide me a feedback. They decided to hire someone which is fair enough but they informed me this only when I followed up when I was not getting any feedback from them. Please do not waste a candidate's time.

One phone screening that asked basic questions about the role and why I wanted to work here, Which then led to an email to schedule my interview with the hiring manager. After that, I got the "grandparent" interview which only one selected candidate gets with the hiring managers manager. It's informal and more of a "get to know" prior to going to offer.
