Phone, in person, panel - recruiter represented the job and company well - nice environment, casual feeling and dress code - spent time on work floor - talked about life work balance and growth opportunities. Nice people all around - good values that they can speak to and appear to be living up to.

Very good, and responsive recruiter. The process was well done and on track. Everyone was responsive in a timely fashion. Pleasantly surprised. Met with a re recruiter and then with 2 managers. Next will apparently be a country manager.

Everything is routed through a corporate recruiter which causes a bit of a disconnect from the actual operation. First a phone screen with the recruiter. Next an in-store interview with the hiring manager. Seems like a good place to work, low turnover and good benefits.
