I had two interviews. An over the phone interview with a recruiter and an in-person interview with the store's HR person. The recruiter was kind and even gave tips for the in-person interview.

You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
