Group interview, followed by worksheets and personal interview. Asked to sell a product, estimate price and highlight benefits.
Interviews tend to be values based rather than focusing on having lots of experience. I had no previous sales experience.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
