I filled out an application online, was then called about 4 days later for a phone interview..i was asked generic questions about times i had to work with difficult people..etc
was invited to a hiring event, with a bunch of people, was interviewed and offered a job on the stop
came back 2 days later for the on-site drug test(oral swab)

it was a simple and relaxing interview more like a converstation and it was nice to speak to the mangers and working there it is a diverse place and yeh

1. why ikea and how will your skills allow u to contribe
Went upstairs and waited for interviewer, took about ten minutes. He asked me about 10-15 questions of various relatability. He filled out a sheet with information, as I talked. Was a bit more casual than a normal interview overall.

The process was great and very effective. My recruiter helped me a lot and the communication through email and on the phone was simple. It was just a phone screening then an in person interview which was easy. The hiring manager was laidback.
