Group interview was interesting - was asked to build a flat pack chair as a group and then asked to name and price the product. Hiring managers were looking for people who showed leadership qualities.

What would you name the chair and how would you price it?
The interview was not so nice, i really don't understand what they look out for because they didn't pick all the qualified people. i moved to the second round of the interview process but they dropped me because i didn't look interested or ask questions (in their words).
