I was already an IKEA employee when I interviewed for the position. The interview was good and easy going. The hiring process was a phone interview first, then the physical interview. Finding it if I got the job took longer than expected though. Overall, the process was simple and easy.

Got a call, then they didn't call me back for weeks, Then I went into the system and triggered another phone call, at which time they granted me the in-person interview. I came to IKEA and Met with an Awesome Manager, She Gave me an Espresso showed me the whole place. And It was the best interview I've had in over 15 years of working many different jobs and careers...

First I was called with a few questions I had to answer. Like why I wanted to work there etc. Then I was invited to a in-person meeting with the manager of the Kitchen department. After that I was offered a contract. It was a nice procedure
