3 Interviews total. Phone with HR, face to face with department managers and an interview with the sales manager. Smooth process and I felt comfortable throughout. Basic interview questions relating to skills and experience and you're required to give specific examples of how you dealt with particular scenarios in the past.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
