two people from the logistics staff especially the Manager and the leader will conduct the interview. there is usually one round interview and they will let you know about the rest of the process

Colloquio
I applied online. After a week I received a call from the HR department for the interview. I went to the place 2 days before to make sure where the location of the interview was at the store because it was not explicit (I asked an employee). At the interview day, I got 30 minutes early, I had my interview with a leader of the department I was applying. Two days after, I received a phone call from the HR department offering me the job. You will be asked to complete a drug test and then if you pass, you will get an email with the details of your first day.
