Way too many interviews. 3 + and I already was working for them. They went through a process and I felt it wasn't necessary. I think at the end of the day they waste too much time with the amounts of interviews they do. This is the same for many of the different things they do in regards to meetings, and trying to make decisions its kind of ridiculous.
