Phone call only interview...Rescheduled first one...some how I missed the call; then realized I was in a different time zone on vacation California and phone updated time reminder...called the HR ignored my calls...even tried to get someone else..they won't pick up anyway. Disturbing...told my friend who works there about the situation and was appalled; since there is no in-house like it used to be. Applied later for another position; just ignored. I used to work there; back in the day and fully qualified. Companies who don't oversee the hiring process are flaked by individuals with I can't be touched HR dept in another state syndrome effect. Even the manager said they don't approve of the hiring process and have little to no involvement in it.
