I greatly appreciated the quick turnaround of the application process from submission to providing feedback on your application status. I was told during my interview that I will get a feedback within the next 2 days, and I did. While you may very easily see via their Avature platform what your application's status is, you will also receive an email notification if you weren't considered for further evaluation. Overall, I've had a positive experience especially since the recruiter was able to spare some time to get back to me when I asked for feedback regarding my application that will be helpful in my job search. She promptly responded and let me know that there was nothing specific other than that there was simply just a large amount of candidates to fit 1 spot. I personally love IKEA as a brand and this experience has, in a way, made me appreciate it all the more - and I think the recruiter I landed with made a huge difference in that process.
