The group interview with a large section talking about the company history and values. - Pay attention to these as it will help you frame your responses later. Following this a short interview with a manger/other co worker. A short phone interview a couple days later that ended with an offer.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
