Happened during 2022 SH lock down Friends referral Step 1: HR online interview Step 2: Line manager face interview Step 3: Global center online interview(for talent program) It took around 2-3 months to complete entire process.

Self intro Dig out past experience about being merchandiser
Recommended by head hunter. First round by HR, routine HR questions which are not specific on daily work details. 2nd round by direct manager asking industry practices. 3rd round category manager. Need to prepare slides.
Overall the process was very professional. Actual interview did not include your standard questions but aimed at really hearing examples, initiatives, etc. Complete process was a bit slow but professional
