The interview was through video, where we record ourselves speaking and we got severeal questions from them. It was quite specific, so one must learn a lot about IKEA first before recording and submitting.

I was invited to do a video interview and a few days later got a phone call asking to organise an in person interview. After a few days got a call saying that I had been accepted for the role.

easy and straightforward with more technical and behavior questions . Team based question was also asked. There were two rounds of interviews,one with department head and the other with HR
Several interviews, you'll have a general phone interview to prove competency, an in-person interview with the department head, and then possibly a third with the department head and their direct superior.
