I had 3 stages: 1. A phone interview 2. A group interview 3. Work trial and one to one interview. The phone interview was quite brief, the just asked me to go through my CV with them. Groups interview had 3 stages. First stage was to get to know the person next to you and introduce them to the group. second stage was a group activity. Third stage you are given a product and you have to explain what it is and what else it could be used for. Finally the work trial and individual interview. You shadow a worker for about an hour then you get called in for your interview.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
