1st interview - over the phone, relatively easy questions if you have management experience.
2nd interview - Panel interview with more difficult questions about situational leadership, including alignment with company culture questions.

What values would you like to see in a leader and co-workers?
Friendly and open minded interviews by hiring manager and line manager, self introduction and questions from supervisors. Just be yourself. It takes almost an hour so better to prepare a long conversation.
