After applying, I received an email to schedule a phone interview with an internal recruiter. It went well, and I was asked to schedule a second interview on site with the person who I would be working directly under.

What kind of experience do you have in customer service?
Positive interview experience for the Sales Coworker position. Many thanks to the Talent Acquisition team for their professionalism and clear communication. The company culture felt welcoming and people-oriented, which really reflects the values the company stands for.
Group Interview, then video interview with 2 people - HR & sales manager. Asked 5 basic behavioural questions i.e. "Tell me about yourself", "How do you keep busy during slow periods".
