There was first a questionnaire to fill out (obviously after I sent the application) then a 15 to 20 minute phone interview just to get to know you, and then a group interview followed by a one on one interview.

How have you resolved a conflict in a previous relevant experience?
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
