It was a total of three hours with three stages. First stage: you got picked into groups and then went into a room where the employers had a presentation about the history of IKEA and then the salary you would get. Second Stage: Was the individual interview where they asked you some general questions of day to day scenarios at work and then some questions about for an example what could you do for my department in the store. Third Stage: The third stage was a group interview where we would get grouped up into smaller groups of 2-4 people per desk and then ask each other about what their name was and what they do for a living and why they want to work in IKEA. One important question I would say is to chose one of the company values that speaks to you the most and then it was finished.
