After being shortlisted, I had a scheduled phone interview. After succeeding in that, there was a group session with many candidates (quite stressful and scary) that went for an entire day. A week later was my 1 on 1, which I totally thought I failed at.

What is an example of a time when you had to take quick action to resolve an issue in the workplace, and how did you sort it out?

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
