Colloquio
The first round is an online test which includes three sections (i.e. Verbal Analysis, Numerical Analysis and Diagrammatic Analysis). The test is really simple and can be practiced from the website before taking the real one. The second round is talking with a HR. The procedure is really standard. The HR introduces herself in the beginning, and then ask some questions about my background, the company and my motivation. In the end, I was also given some time to ask questions. I wasn't able to continue after the second round.

It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing

Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.
