Was contacted by a recruiter with a link to apply. Was sent an IQ test on pattern matching and data analysis, then had a Skype interview that was fairly straightforward, had options payoff diagrams at the end.

Fun, series of brainteasers followed by lots of HR questions about my motivation to apply of rthe job. Was asked how sure I was about my answer as well. Interviewer was very nice, and emphasised that accuracy was more important than speed.
