Sollicitatie procedure was overzichtelijk en op de site staat duidelijk aangegeven wat je kan verwachten. Jammer dat je via een mailtje te horen kreeg dat je niet door bent
Eerste ronde cv en motivatie check
Tweede ronde een neurolympics en assesment van 15 vragen,
Derde ronde video interview met motivatie en een brainteaser
Vierde ronde video interview met recruiter over jezelf, motivatie, concepten en verschillende brainteasers

Verschillende concepten uitleggen over opions, futures etc.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
