Passed the CV screen and was invited to complete the online assessment. One was 20 questions(brain teaser type), the other was just games. Was invited to complete a recorded interview after that, but did not make it to the next stage. Interview had 2 questions
There is a 20cm long table. You start 3 cm from the left. Each move to the left or to the right is 10 cm with equal probability. If you reach the edge of the table you fall. In how many moves do you expect to fall?
Online Assessment, If you pass they organise a phone interview with a recruiter. Call lasts around 20-30 mins and goes over classic behaviourals. Overall a good experience but very competitive entry.

Colloquio
First part is an online games/assessment followed by a hirevue type online interview with a technical question. Then a behavioural interview with some brainteasers and market making games. Final round is onsite.
OA, games which are very varied just a general assessment quite long, final round has a few probability interviews some market making games some probability similar to green book, very similar to other trading companies
