I applied online. I was soon given a quick numerical test to complete which I passed. The pass mark is 72/120 and there is negative marking. The next round was with an online interview with a recruiter consisting of brainteasers and my motivation for applying. I struggled on one of the brainteasers and so didn't get through to the next round.
