I was applying for a position related to option pricing research. I have a Ph.D. in math finance and several publications in the subject. I passed the initial math test. Immediately after I did the "Neurolimpics game", one of the most stupid things ever seen. It is all about playing games. I usually don't like video games and so I am not used to playing and moving my fingers quickly. Apparently (they said) good traders perform well in these kinds of tests. So I asked HR: I'm not gonna be a trader/scalper, why should I be fast at moving my fingers for option pricing? They didn't answer. I believe interview tests are all about training... anybody can pass the test after investing some time in doing exercises. However, I'm not wasting my time training on videogames.

Online Assessment followed by behavioural interview (why you want to work here, what’s a time you’ve had to make a decision under uncertainty, etc…) Online Assessment wasn’t too difficult but focused primarily on conditional probabilities and expected value questions
