Response to application was very fast - the day after I applied. Initial communication was a phone screening and the in-person interview was scheduled for the next day. First impression - the receptionist was surprisingly unprofessional and unpolished. Did not speak upon my entering (despite my speaking first), smacking gum, on the phone with a friend, had headphones in. I was taken aback by this because my first impression of the agency was expected to be much sleeker than this. Also surprised to complete a paper application. Meetings with HR and Hiring Manager went well. Both were very professional, enthusiastic, and kind. They seemed genuinely happy to have me there. Questions about my background, experience, and fit, "Why IMG?", why I was looking for a change, and salary expectations were asked. Next visit to the office was for a meeting with Hiring Manager's boss- who was a fantastic and smart person to speak with. That interview was very conversational and mutually respectful. Very positive all around. Open-air workspaces with offices lining the walls. Generally a mild environment (not loud) when I was there. HR was very responsive and kept me in the loop about response delays, etc. - this was VERY positive because most companies don't bother to acknowledge your wait or continued interest in the outcome of the interview.

Was very quick - had about five or six calls in the matter of one week, was offered the job right after. Was short get to know you calls covering my experience
