The CEO bragged about how I could follow directions and do basic math, unlike his former employees. Once the interview was done he contacted my current employer and told them I was looking for a new job. I ended up receiving the offer but turned it down because of the recruitment tactics used by IMPAK. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this company if you value your career. Further, all you have to do is Google the CEO's name + domestic violence. That or "IMPAK corporation lawsuit" to get a full idea of this company. I am honestly glad that I turned down this company. Best of luck to anybody who decides to work here.

The interview process was not difficult, but it is worth noting that many employees are asked to take on roles for which they did not interview and/or for which they had not expressed interest.
