Long. Interview process lasted 3 months. Had several interviews, phone and in person. Completed Excel and Word testing (test marks Ctrl shortcuts wrong btw). Background checks completed. Fingerprinted. Filled out forms- filled out same forms again- filled out some of those same forms a third time. In person interviews you will be told that this position pays 18-20 an hour. Will not give you a formal offer until they believe you have placed notice with your current employer- then will low ball you on the formal offer for less than what they tell you the position pays.
